What we are doing for you during COVID-19

As the situation with COVID-19 continues to develop, your well-being continues to be our absolute priority, and we have closely followed government guidance at every point.

In line with the Prime Minister’s decision to close all non-essential shops, our staff will now be working remotely for you.

With our modern crm's and software, we are set up to ensure we can continue to serve our vendors, buyers, landlords and tenants from home.

All phone calls are diverted to our staff, so we are still ready to help serve our customers every single day.

During this time, we will continue to market properties and line up viewings for future dates advised by the Government. We will continue to manage your rental property should you require a repair. Essential appointments, such as key handovers, will still be carried out with careful procedures and in line with government’s advice regarding ‘social distancing.’

All ongoing sales will continue to be progressed and we will liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisors and Surveyors continuously. 

We need to protect our team, the occupiers, viewers, partners and the NHS. We are sure you understand.
